There are some restrictions with the 30-day money-back, such as how many KMs are added to the vehicle, but as long as you are below the allowable and the vehicle is in the same condition as when you purchased it, we will be happy to help you return it within 30 days.

If you used a vehicle with negative equity toward the purchase of your new vehicles, you will be required to repay it or finance it with a different vehicle based on approval.

It's easy. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, bring it back to FFUN, we'll verify the car's condition, check the odometer, and if all checks out, we'll complete the return. Please note that it can take up to two weeks for your refund cheque to be mailed out.

We do only allow one return per calendar year. Any additional ones will be looked at in a case-by-case situation.

  • If you've placed an additional lien on it (that's just a fancy term for taking out more loans beyond what we've already financed for you).

One thing to note: While it won't stop you from returning your ride, if we find any cosmetic damages exceeding $300, you'll need to foot that bill, my friend!

Delivery

Our delivery process is all about speed and safety. Here's what you can anticipate:

Unfortunately, due to legal requirements, we can only release the vehicle to the individual who has completed all the necessary paperwork and transactions. However, we encourage you to invite your friends and neighbours, regardless of your personal preferences, to witness the delivery and share in your excitement. It's a perfect opportunity to show off your new ride. If you absolutely can't make it in person, it's advisable to reschedule for a more convenient time.

Typically, the duration depends on your preference. There are certain mandatory steps we need to follow, such as completing the necessary paperwork. Additionally, we'd like to give you a tour of the vehicle. It's best to allocate an hour, though it often takes only about 30 minutes. Essentially, it's as fast as you can put pen to paper.

Absolutely not! Delivery is completely free as long as you're located within our delivery zone, which extends up to 150 kilometres from your nearest location. We don't believe in tacking on extra fees, but if your residence is more than 150 kilometres away, we do apply a small transportation charge of just $1 per additional kilometre.

Although most of our dealerships are situated in Saskatchewan, we're open to discussing delivery options for customers outside the province they're purchasing from. Warranty

The FFUN limited warranty provides coverage for all vehicles, extending beyond the initial 3-day money-back guarantee. This warranty encompasses basic and powertrain parts and remains valid for either 90 days or 3,000 kilometres, depending on which occurs first. If you require additional information or have any uncertainties, please don't hesitate to contact us. It's important to note that the limited warranty does not include protection for cosmetic and accidental damage, replaceable parts, wear and tear, or maintenance.

Many of our vehicles are of recent model years and may still have some remaining manufacturer's warranty coverage. A Product Specialist will be happy to provide you with details about your specific vehicle. If you require a repair, please visit the authorized repair facility listed on the manufacturer's warranty. If the repair is not covered, feel free to inform them to contact us for further assistance.

As part of our delivery process we will conduct a walkaround of the vehicle with you. At this time, you can point out any minor cosmetic blemishes, bumps or bruises. We will walk you through submitting any pictures of imperfections or damage that you did not know about before buying your vehicle. It's great news that your car is still under the manufacturer's warranty, even though it needs repairs. We recommend taking it to an authorized manufacturer repair facility for evaluation. If there are any repair expenses not covered by the warranty, our team of Product Specialists will be ready to assist you.

We make every effort to provide comprehensive coverage for you and your vehicle. However, certain items are excluded from the limited warranty, including replaceable components such as tires, brakes, batteries, and cosmetic damages. We provide a 24-hour insurance permit on all of our delivered vehicles. This gives you extra time to pop by your nearest ICBC broker to transfer the vehicle into your name. If you are trading, we will transfer your current plates to your new ride and ICBC gives you 10 days to stop in and transfer the details. We provide all the documents necessary for you to add insurance seamlessly.

Decided you want to take advantage of the 7-day return, no problem. When we pick up the vehicle, we will give you back the plate. You can then let ICBC know to cancel the insurance and return the new plate. OR if you decide you want to exchange vehicles, we will drop off the new one, transfer the plate and your 10 day allows starts then. Pretty easy eh?
