It Starts With A Visionary

Mark Loeppky is a visionary in the automotive industry across Canada and is the driving force behind the FFUN Group, Canada's fastest-growing motor group. His journey began at 14, working on his father's car lot in Saskatchewan, laying the foundation for a remarkable career. A graduate of Michigan Technological University with a degree in Finance and Marketing, Mark has expanded the group to encompass nearly 30 rooftops and support services, covering multiple OEM dealerships, used cars, recreation vehicles, financing, insurance, collision centers, and more.

Mark's mantra is "Every day, means every day," and he believes in the simplicity of his approach: "It's simple, but it's not easy." His relentless commitment to enhancing the car buying experience for customers led him to invest in technology and strong customer relationships.

Mark's success is grounded in the FFUN Core Values, and he invests in his team through the FFUN X Education Program, nurturing a positive work environment. He is also devoted to philanthropy, supporting various charitable organizations, and fostering a sense of giving back within the FFUN business model.

Despite being recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies and achieving top-tier status from manufacturers, Mark remains humble and focused on planning, preparing, and expecting great things. Besides his achievements in business, Mark is an accomplished athlete, and his most significant accomplishment is his family, whom he cherishes dearly at their home near Saskatoon. Looking ahead, Mark is excited about the Group's continued investment in Ignition Avenue, a promising venture that will be a hub for dealerships and retail space in Northern and Central Saskatchewan. With his visionary leadership and dedication, Mark continues to pave the way for the automotive industry's future.

Joined FFUN in 2016. He was previously a dealer-partner for 10+ years at one of the most successful FCA dealerships in Canada. Rob has led the development of FFUN's automotive and recreational businesses and growth of the operational team.

Having led technology divisions for companies ranging from $2 million valuations to publicly listed with a $70 billion market cap, Naveen joined FFUN in 2020. His 11 years of experience include software development, data science, and various machine learning creations.

Jenn LeJan

Director of F&I and One Earth

A part of a FFUN organization for nearly a decade, Jenn has spent the majority of her career in the motor industry. She has played both sides of the lending experience, behind the desk as a Finance Manager as well developing business for lenders themselves. Jenn understands the recreation division, through and through.
